  • Do I need to use homecare products?

    Professional treatments achieve the best results when supported with the correct homecare. We’ll recommend a personalised routine tailored to your skin and goals, but you’ll never be encouraged to purchase products you don’t need.

  • What if I need to miss an appointment?

    We understand that plans can change. Appointments can be rearranged in accordance with our Booking Policy. As memberships are designed around regular monthly treatments, we encourage as much notice as possible to help keep your skin journey on track.
